Sanctum Is a Platform, Not a Party

Sanctum is a platform that connects content creators with their audience. We provide the tools and infrastructure for creators to share content and for users to discover and support them. Sanctum is not a participant in any transaction, agreement, relationship, or arrangement between users.

We do not create content, set prices, process payments, verify payment completion, or enforce agreements between creators and subscribers. All interactions and transactions between users are conducted at their own risk and discretion.

No Liability for Payments

Sanctum does not process, hold, escrow, mediate, or guarantee any payments. We are not a payment processor, financial institution, or money transmitter.

All payments between users are handled externally through third-party platforms chosen by creators (such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Tuppence, or others). Sanctum has no control over, responsibility for, or visibility into these transactions.

Sanctum is not liable for:

• Payments that are not received, delayed, or lost
• Disputes over refunds, chargebacks, or unauthorized charges
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation by any user
• Fees, conversion rates, or policies of third-party payment platforms
• Failure of a creator to deliver content, subscriptions, or services after receiving payment
• Failure of a subscriber to complete a payment they have committed to

If you have a payment dispute, you must resolve it directly with the other party or through the third-party payment platform used.

No Liability for User Content

All content on Sanctum is created and uploaded by users, not by Sanctum. We do not review, approve, endorse, or verify user-generated content before it is published.

Sanctum is not liable for:

• The accuracy, legality, quality, or appropriateness of any user-generated content
• Copyright or intellectual property violations in user content
• Content that is misleading, offensive, or harmful
• Any damages arising from viewing, downloading, or interacting with user content

We provide reporting tools to flag inappropriate content, and we take action when violations are brought to our attention. See our Terms of Service for content standards and reporting procedures.

No Liability for User Interactions

Sanctum is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of any user on or off the platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Disputes between creators and subscribers
• Harassment, abuse, or unwanted contact between users
• Misrepresentation of identity, age, or credentials
• Any in-person meetings or real-world interactions that originate from the platform
• Emotional distress or personal harm arising from user interactions

We provide blocking and reporting tools to help users protect themselves. If you feel unsafe, please use these tools and contact law enforcement if necessary.

No Warranties

Sanctum is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure from unauthorized access.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Bugs, errors, or technical issues that affect your experience
• Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or compromised credentials
• Compatibility issues with your device, browser, or network

Tax Obligations

Sanctum does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any user's tax obligations. Creators and users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws related to income earned, tips received, or transactions conducted through the platform.

Use at Your Own Risk

By using Sanctum, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own actions on the platform, including the content you post, the payments you make, and the interactions you have with other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctum, VestaCreate (VC), its owner, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
