Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  1. Click Join Now on the homepage
  2. Enter your email, choose a username, and create a password
  3. Select a role that best describes you (e.g., Domme, Submissive, Switch)
  4. Confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to the Terms of Service
  5. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account

Setting Up Your Profile

  1. Go to your Dashboard after logging in
  2. Click Edit Profile to add your display name, bio, avatar, and banner image
  3. Add your location, website, and social links if you'd like
  4. Visit Settings to manage your account, email, and password

For Creators

Becoming a Creator

  1. From your Dashboard, click Become a Creator
  2. Once approved, you'll have access to My Content where you can create posts
  3. A free "Follow" tier is automatically created for you so fans can follow your page
  4. Set up your payment methods in Settings so subscribers and buyers can pay you

Setting Up Payment Methods

  1. Go to Settings and scroll to the Payment Methods section
  2. Add your payment links (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Tuppence, or any other platform)
  3. For each method, provide a label (e.g., "My PayPal") and the payment link or address
  4. Your payment methods will be shown to subscribers and buyers when they make purchases

Sanctum does not process payments directly. All transactions happen through your own payment platforms. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Creating and Managing Posts

  1. Go to My Content from your Dashboard
  2. Click Create New Post to write text, upload images, or share videos
  3. To create paid (PPV) content, toggle the Paid Content option and set your price
  4. For paid posts, you can add preview images that non-paying users will see as a teaser
  5. When someone purchases your content, you'll see the request under the Requests tab
  6. Review the payment details and click Unlock to grant them access

Subscription Tiers

  1. In Settings, scroll to Subscription Tiers
  2. Your free Follow tier is always available and cannot be removed
  3. Click Add Tier to create paid subscription levels with custom names, prices, and benefits
  4. When someone subscribes to a paid tier, their request will appear under Subscribers in My Content
  5. Verify their payment and click Approve to activate their subscription

Wishlists

  1. Go to Wishlists from your Dashboard
  2. Create a wishlist and add items with names, prices, descriptions, and product links
  3. Your wishlists appear on your creator profile for fans to browse
  4. When a fan purchases an item, they'll mark it as gifted and you'll be notified

Events

Munches, play parties, classes, workshops and online events, listed by the people who run them. Anyone can browse the events page; members RSVP or buy tickets with credits.

Going to an event

  1. Open the event and click RSVP for a free event, or Buy to pay with credits
  2. Your ticket code appears on the event page and under My Tickets, with the venue address or online link
  3. Show the code at the door. Add the event to your calendar from the event page
  4. If the organiser cancels, paid tickets are refunded to your wallet as credits

Listing an event

  1. From a creator account, open My Events and click List an event
  2. Set the date, venue and capacity. Choose how people get in: free RSVP, tickets in credits, or a link to wherever you already sell tickets. Credits are optional. The street address and any online link are only shown to ticket holders
  3. Your event is public as soon as you publish it. Sanctum may remove a listing that breaks its rules
  4. Ticket credits land in your wallet and cash out like any other credits. Price and capacity lock once tickets are sold
  5. Use the attendees page to check people in by code, and cancel from the edit page if you must; paid tickets are refunded automatically

Credits

Credits are Sanctum's built-in wallet. 1 credit is worth $1. Buy them once, then tip, unlock, and subscribe anywhere a creator accepts them, instantly and without leaving the site. Direct payment links keep working exactly as before; credits are an extra option, never a replacement.

Buying Credits

  1. Open Credits from your Dashboard or the coin icon in the header
  2. Pick a pack (10 to 1000 credits) and pay on Tuppence in the tab that opens
  3. Credits land in your wallet automatically, usually within a minute of paying
  4. If nothing arrives, click I paid, nothing arrived next to the pending purchase and we will match it up

Spending Credits

  • Tip any creator who accepts credit tips, straight from the tip button on their page
  • Unlock pay-per-view posts and subscribe to tiers that have a credit price. Access is granted the moment you pay, with no approval wait
  • Request services that have a credit price; the request arrives already accepted
  • Message creators who charge for their inbox. The cost shows above the message box before you send, and creators who message you first never charge you to reply
  • Send credits to anyone on Sanctum by username, as a gift or a reward

Nothing is deducted while credits move between accounts. A credit is always worth a full credit on Sanctum.

Accepting Credits as a Creator

  1. On your Credits page, switch on Accept credit tips
  2. Add a Credit price to any subscription tier, service, or pay-per-view post you want to sell for credits. Items without one stay payment-link only
  3. Under Paid messaging, choose whether fans unlock a conversation once or pay per message, set the price, and decide whether paid subscribers message you for free. Your replies are always free
  4. Credit purchases activate on their own, so there is nothing to approve or unlock by hand
  5. Credits you receive can be spent on Sanctum, sent to someone, or cashed out

Cashing Out

  • Creators can cash out from the Credits page. Credits pay out at 75 cents on the dollar, which is the only place Sanctum takes a share
  • Minimum 20 credits per request, up to 1000 credits per week
  • Payouts are sent after a 7-day hold, to the PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other destination you enter
  • Spending credits on Sanctum is always full value, so many creators prefer to spend or send rather than cash out

For Subscribers & Fans

Following & Subscribing to Creators

  1. Browse creators on the Explore page
  2. Visit a creator's profile and click Follow to follow them for free
  3. If the creator offers paid tiers, you can subscribe by selecting a tier and paying through their payment link
  4. After paying, enter your transaction reference and submit the request
  5. The creator will verify your payment and activate your subscription

Purchasing Content (PPV)

  1. When you see locked content on a creator's profile, click Purchase Now
  2. Choose one of the creator's payment methods and complete the payment on that platform
  3. Copy the transaction ID or confirmation number from your payment
  4. Paste it into the payment reference field and submit your purchase request
  5. Once the creator verifies your payment, the content will be unlocked for you permanently
  6. View all your unlocked content anytime in My Purchases

Sending Tips

  1. Visit a creator's profile and click Send a Tip
  2. Enter the amount you'd like to tip (minimum $1.00)
  3. Optionally add a message to the creator
  4. Select a payment method, send the tip through that platform, and submit
  5. The creator will be notified of your tip

Messaging

  1. Click Send a Message on any creator's profile, or go to Messages from your Dashboard
  2. Type your message and hit send — messages are delivered in real time
  3. You'll receive notifications when you get new messages

  • To report a user or post, click the Report button on their profile or the three-dot menu on any post
  • Select a reason and provide details — our team reviews all reports
  • To block a user, click the Block button on their profile. Blocked users cannot see your content or message you

Frequently Asked Questions

How does payment work on Sanctum?

Sanctum does not process payments. Creators set up their own payment links (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) and buyers pay them directly. After paying, you submit a payment reference on Sanctum, and the creator verifies and unlocks your content.

Why is my subscription still pending?

Paid subscriptions require the creator to verify your payment before activation. This usually happens within a few hours. If it's been more than 48 hours, try messaging the creator directly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit the creator's profile and click Unfollow or Cancel Request on your subscription status card.

I can't log in or my page isn't loading

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again. If the problem persists, email support@vestacreate.com with a description of the issue and any error messages you see.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Is my identity kept private?

Your email address is never shown publicly. Only your username, display name, role, and profile information you choose to share are visible to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
