Sanctum does not process payments directly. All transactions happen through your own payment platforms. You keep 100% of what you earn.
How does payment work on Sanctum?
Sanctum does not process payments. Creators set up their own payment links (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) and buyers pay them directly. After paying, you submit a payment reference on Sanctum, and the creator verifies and unlocks your content.
Why is my subscription still pending?
Paid subscriptions require the creator to verify your payment before activation. This usually happens within a few hours. If it's been more than 48 hours, try messaging the creator directly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit the creator's profile and click Unfollow or Cancel Request on your subscription status card.
I can't log in or my page isn't loading
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again. If the problem persists, email support@vestacreate.com with a description of the issue and any error messages you see.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my identity kept private?
Your email address is never shown publicly. Only your username, display name, role, and profile information you choose to share are visible to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
