1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sanctum. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content Standards
By uploading content to Sanctum, you certify that:
- All individuals depicted in your content are at least 18 years of age
- You have obtained explicit consent from all individuals depicted
- You own or have the legal right to distribute the content
- The content does not depict illegal acts
- The content does not contain non-consensual acts
Zero tolerance policy: Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving minors in a sexual context will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities (NCMEC / law enforcement).
4. Authenticity & Content Labeling
Sanctum is built on trust between creators and supporters. The following rules apply to all content:
- No catfishing or impersonation. You may not present yourself as someone you are not, or post photos and videos of another real person while implying they are you. Profile photos, content, and direct interactions must accurately represent who is operating the account.
- AI-generated content is allowed if labeled. Content that is wholly or substantially generated by AI (image generators, voice clones, deepfakes of fictional characters, etc.) must be marked with the "AI-generated" label when posting. AI content depicting a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent is prohibited.
- Illustrated, animated, and 2D content is allowed if labeled. Drawings, illustrations, 3D renders, animations, and similar non-photographic content must be marked with the "Illustrated / 2D" label when posting. All depicted characters must be unambiguously adults.
- Mislabeling is a violation. Posting AI or illustrated content as if it were real photography, or vice versa, may result in content removal and account suspension.
Supporters: when a label is present, it appears as a badge on the post. If you are paying for content based on the assumption that it is a real photograph or video of a specific creator, check for these labels before purchasing.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Any content involving minors (persons under 18)
- Non-consensual sexual content or imagery
- Content promoting violence, abuse, or exploitation
- Content depicting bestiality or zoophilia
- Content that violates any applicable law
- Revenge pornography or content shared without consent
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
6. Payments
Sanctum facilitates connections between creators and supporters. All payments are processed externally through the creator's own payment methods (PayPal, Tuppence, Venmo, Cash App, etc.). Sanctum does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. Transactions are between you and the other party.
7. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for:
- The legality of all content they upload
- Maintaining records of age verification for all individuals depicted
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding adult content distribution
- Managing their own payment processing and tax obligations
8. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report content or other users for violations. We review all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

9. DMCA / Takedown Requests
If you believe your copyrighted material has been posted without authorization, please send a takedown request to vestacreateinfo@gmail.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing material on our platform
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sanctum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any content posted by users is accurate, complete, or reliable
- Any creator will fulfill their obligations to subscribers or buyers
- Any payment transaction between users will be completed successfully
- The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanctum, its owner (VestaCreate / VC), its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Payment disputes: All financial transactions occur externally between users. Sanctum does not process, hold, mediate, escrow, or guarantee any payment. We are not a payment processor, financial institution, or money transmitter. Any disputes over payments, refunds, chargebacks, or non-delivery of funds are solely between the parties involved.
- User-generated content: Sanctum is a platform for user-generated content. We do not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee any content posted by users. Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and its compliance with all applicable laws.
- Creator-subscriber relationships: Sanctum facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between creators and subscribers. We do not guarantee that creators will deliver content, fulfill subscriptions, respond to messages, or honor any commitments.
- Third-party services: We are not liable for the actions, policies, or failures of any third-party payment platform (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Tuppence, etc.) used by creators to receive payments.
- Loss of data or content: While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your content or personal information.
- Emotional or personal harm: We are not responsible for any emotional distress, personal conflicts, or harm arising from interactions between users on the platform.
- Tax obligations: Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on income earned or transactions conducted through the platform.
In no event shall Sanctum's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid directly to Sanctum (not to other users) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. As Sanctum does not charge users directly, this amount is zero ($0.00).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanctum, VestaCreate (VC), and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform or violation of these Terms
- Content you upload, post, or transmit through the platform
- Any transaction or dispute between you and another user
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sanctum shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
